Our mission is “to reflect the vibrations of social aspirations in education.”

The foundation of this esteemed institution was laid in 1962 with the establishment of a Night School at Pantnagar, Ghatkopar, aimed at providing educational opportunities to the working class. Through sincere efforts, visionary leadership, and noble intentions of the Management, this modest beginning has grown into a vast educational network spanning over 64 years (1962–2026).

Today, Vidya Vikas Education Society stands tall as a tree of knowledge, spreading its branches across urban, semi-urban, and rural regions, including Vangani (Thane District) and Redi, Taluka Vengurla (Sindhudurg District). The Society successfully operates 18 branches, offering day and night sessions to meet the diverse educational needs of students.

In addition, four branches of schools and colleges under Swami Shamanand Education Society, Ghatkopar, function in both day and night sessions. Together, these institutions impart quality education from Kindergarten to Post-Graduate levels, serving students from all categories, with special emphasis on the working class community. This mission is carried forward under the guidance of dedicated teaching and non-teaching staff members.
