Vikas High School a permanently aided first Marathi Medium school of Vikhroli was the dream child of our Founder Chairman Hon’ble ( Late ) Shri. P. M. Raut and our C.E.O ( Late ) Smt. Vidya P. Raut.
Considering the Kannamwar Nagar locality a Uneducated, Labour & Backward Class residents community, so way back in 1969 the school doors were open with a view to impart quality education in Marathi Medium from 5th Std to 10th Std.
Later in 1981 with an intention to bestow higher education to these students Vikas High School Junior College was established. In the said Junior College all streams i.e Arts, Science & Commerce are Aided only I.T ( Information Technology ) is Unaided.
Total strength of the School : 452 Students
Total strength of the Junior College : 1,204 ( 2024 – 2025 )
